Responsibilities: 

• Ensure all plates, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots, and pans are washed efficiently and ready for use.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and function throughout the shift.
• Support the kitchen team before, during, and after service.
• Handle equipment carefully and follow established hygiene and safety procedures.
• Assist with basic cleaning tasks in the kitchen when needed.
• Uphold Luca’s standards for cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience as a dishwasher or within kitchen operations – not a requirement but a clear advantage.
• Works reliably with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Is efficient, structured, and thrives in a busy environment.
• Enjoys being part of a team and contributes positively to the workflow.
• Speaks and understands basic English.
