Luca Trattoria is looking for a Chef! 

Luca is an Italian restaurant brand with two charming restaurants, each developed with a strong focus on Italian culture, cuisine, and the passion of its people. 

While each location offers something unique, they all share the same authentic recipes and warm atmosphere – bringing the spirit of Italian family tables into Scandinavian culture. 

Our restaurant in Lyngby are now looking for driven and passionate Chef with experience in Italian cuisine, a talent for cooking, attention to detail, and strong social skills. It’s important to us that our chefs have hands-on experience in the pizzaiolo field and a genuine passion for food and hospitality. We are deeply committed to the quality of our products and service – and we expect you to be too.

Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for tasks related to the kitchen in the unit.  
  • Produce high-quality food to ensure a great food experience. 
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all our products. 
  • Maintain a high standard of service and work environment in the kitchen. 
  • Ensure that the kitchen and stock are always kept clean and tidy. 
  • Follow health and hygiene procure according to government guidelines. 

 

Our perfect chef has: 

  • Experience in general cooking, with the ability to operate across all kitchen stations. 
  • Experience in providing service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. 
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. 
  • You have a great sense of ownership and work well both independently and in teams. 
  • You speak and understand English.
