Your Role as a Bartender

As a Bartender at Camping Bar, you help ensure a seamless and memorable guest journey from start to finish. You welcome guests, assist with mini golf check-ins, explain the game, and set the tone for their experience. Behind the bar, you mix cocktails and serve beverages, and during group bookings, you assist with food service and provide great hospitality. Role as a Kitchen Assistant

As a Kitchen Assistant at Camping Bar, you play an important role in creating a great guest experience from start to finish. You ensure that food is prepared and presented correctly, giving guests a consistent and enjoyable experience every time. You work closely with the bar and service teams to maintain smooth operations and fast service, especially during busy periods and larger group bookings. In addition, you help ensure that the kitchen is always clean, organised, and ready for service. In short: you contribute to quality, efficiency, and great guest experiences throughout every guest’s visit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent guest experience through friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve drinks or food with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Contribute to smooth daily operations and work closely with colleagues across the bar, kitchen, and floor.
• Assist guests with questions and ensure they feel welcome throughout their visit.
• Keep work areas clean, organised, and ready for service.
• Follow company procedures, hygiene standards, and opening and closing routines.
• Contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

Who Are You?

• You have experience from the restaurant, bar, or kitchen industry – or the motivation and energy to learn.
• You thrive in a social environment and can stay calm and focused when the pace is high.
• You take responsibility for your tasks and work in a structured and efficient manner.
• You are reliable, positive, and actively contribute to strong teamwork.
• You enjoy variety in your workday and interacting with many different types of people.
• You speak and understand English fluently (Danish is a plus).
• You are flexible and enjoy working evenings and weekends.
