Responsibility:
- Maintain the highest levels of quality according to brand guidelines.
- Keeping the unit clean and presentable and following mood setting procedures.
- Follow the Guest Journey according to brand guidelines.
- Cash Handling
- Upselling and cross selling according to sales mix.
- Make beverages and handle the bar.
- Be knowledgeable about the full menu, so you can guide the guests to any place. special needs such as allergies.
- Reporting through internal reporting systems on closing shifts is important.
- Follow the KPI’s set by management.
